The Inspection Services Department is pleased to provide assistance with the following development activities:
• Zoning – verification of zoning; zoning change requests; area and setback regulations
• Platting – Preliminary and Final Plats; street or alley abandonment; variance request; re-plats
• Other- Annexation; Planned Development Site Plan submittals; Subdivision Regulations; Specific Use Permits; Sign permits; Construction Permits and Plan Reviews; Construction Inspection and Flood Plain verification
